Cookies Policy


For the purposes of the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTION OF ELECTRONIC COMMERCE. (hereinafter the INSTITUTION) with NIF G87500351 and address at C / Ribera del Loira, 46 – Campo de las Naciones – 28042 Madrid (Spain), informs the User of the existence of an automated file of personal data called CONTACTS whose main purpose it is the management of the basic contact data received through the corporate website or other means, registered in the RGPD (General Registry of Data Protection), having implemented all the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21.


The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by the INSTITUTION. Likewise, failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy means that it is impossible to subscribe, register or receive information about said services.


The User who sends the information to the INSTITUTION is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating the INSTITUTION from any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them properly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration form, subscription, or request for information. The INSTITUTION does not answer for the veracity of the information that is not of own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, reason why neither assumes any responsibility as for hypothetical damages that could be originated by the use of said information. The INSTITUTION is exonerated of any responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by the INSTITUTION, whenever it comes from sources outside the INSTITUTION.

The INSTITUTION will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party, prior information would be obtained requesting the express consent of the affected party.


  1. a) What are cookies?

Third Party Cookies:


– Twitter

guest_id: Twitter cookie that appears on the pages that use the “Tweet” button and serves to identify the user with a unique number associated with Twitter. It lasts two years.

– Facebook

Datr: this cookie checks if the user account is being used by a third party. It lasts 2 years.

reg_ext_ref, reg_fb_gate and reg_fb_ref: These are cookies provided by Facebook, which are established when a visitor registers to use their service. Once the session is finished, the cookies disappear.

utma: this cookie generates a unique user ID, which is the one used to count how many times a user visits the site. It also records when it was the first and last time you visited the web. It lasts two years. Save the IP.

utmb and utmc: these cookies are used to calculate when a session has ended. The

utmb records the arrival time to the page while the utmc checks if the session should be kept open or a new session should be created. Save the IP.

utmz: this cookie is responsible for registering the origin of the user, as well as the

keywords It has an expiration of six months, although it is renewed each time the website is visited, provided it is not a direct visit. Save the IP.

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the treatment thereof by the INSTITUTION in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Policy for the Protection of Personal Data.


The INSTITUTION reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments as well as industry practices. In such cases, the INSTITUTION will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable anticipation of its implementation.
